- Some users report not receiving their tax forms via email when they generate their reports. Typically, those not receiving tax forms have globally unsubscribed from CoinTracker emails.
Note: The Support team can send your tax reports if you are unable to generate them at this time
Expected behavior:
- It is expected that tax forms arrive in your inbox within a reasonable amount of time.

Hello all,
This should now be resolved! CoinTracker has enabled a new feature that allows users to download their tax forms from the CoinTracker tax page.
Users can follow the same workflow by selecting the 'generate' tax form option, users will need to wait until the loading state has resolved for their forms to download. We recommend users do not navigate away from the tax page if they would like to download their tax forms. Should a user navigate away from the tax page before the tax form has been downloaded, CoinTracker will send an email copy of the tax form.
