Kraken account is synced, but my staked DOT is not showing up as part of my assets on Cointracker.

Is this still a problem or are you seeing staked DOT from Kraken on CoinTracker now? I am seeing it on a personal account of mine and it shows the correct DOT staking balance, including staking transactions.
