Users may experience:
  • Users may notice that their STG transactions on Kraken exchange are not importing into their CoinTracker account.
  • Stargate Finance (STG)
Expected behavior:
  • It is expected that when Kraken is synced via API all supported tokens will be imported into CoinTracker
As a user, what should I do?
  • If a fix is needed immediately, users can manually add the missed STG transactions.
  • You can manually add transactions to CoinTracker through either the Wallet Page or the Transactions Page. To add via the Wallet Page, go to the Wallet Page, select the wallet, and choose 'Add manual transaction'. To add via the Transactions Page, navigate to this page and select 'Add Transaction' at the top. For more details, you can visit the guide on CoinTracker's website
