My assets show XIN, but it is attached to the wrong token. My token is basically worth $0.00, but it shows as MIXIN, which is $277 per share. This skews my portfolio by $30,000. There are no transactions shown in my wallets for XIN, so I cannot reset the cost basis.

Hello thank you for reaching out to CoinTracker support! XIN is an unsupported token at this time, you can read more about supported and unsupported tokens here. CoinTracker currently uses CoinMarketCap as a vendor to track token price history, once the token is support by CoinMarketCap CoinTracker will automatically begin tracking the price history for the token.
As a workaround, users can create a custom currency for the unsupported token and replace said token with the custom currency. All transactions with the unsupported token will need to be updated to the custom currency to be tracked correctly.
Should CoinMarketCap begin to support the token, CoinTracker will import the data for all future transactions imported for that token. Users will need to retroactively update any edited custom currency transactions with the newly supported token.
If the reported behavior for this post still persists please reach out to the CoinTracker support team directly or re-submit this post with with updated details.
