Transfers from Coinlist Pro to Coinlist and vice versa are incorrect

I currently only hold in the Coinlist wallets (not Coinlist Pro). I did not upload a CSV from Coinlist. I am ony connected to the Coinlist Pro API. Somehow it shows me the correct balance of coins in my Coinlist Basic (I have nothing in Pro) but not the trade history or anything else.
1) Should it even show me the number of coins/tokes given they are not in Coinlist Pro?
2) If it also tracks Coinlist (basic) why does not not include the transactions between pro and basic? --> Right now it does not have any purchase price reference and shows the total value as gains
