As a user, I want to file my taxes using CoinTracker and H&R Block. CoinTracker currently has an integration with H&R Block that streamlines importing my taxable transactions.

Users report receiving an error message after syncing their CoinTracker account to H&R Block (Image 1). This is preventing users from importing their transactions into H&R block.

Users seeing this error are currently blocked and are being prompted to import their transactions manually.

We have escalated this behavior to our engineering team and will update this post once a fix has been implemented.
