Unable to import native CSV for Casa exchange

Users may experience:
- When uploading a Casa CSV to CoinTracker, the import fails, noting that no crypto transactions are being detected.
Recent activity indicates that formatting may have changed on the Casa CSVs so the CoinTracker importer is failing to import the CSV based on those changes.
As a user, what should I do?
