Users may experience:
  • When attempting to upload a transaction history to CoinTracker from the
    File Import page
     using a CSV file from OKX, the CSV validates but the upload fails.
Expected behavior:
  • Users should be able to successfully upload transaction histories in CSV formats from OKX via the File Import page.
As a user, what should I do?
Until the importer has been fixed, users can continue to upload via API or convert their ByBit files to CoinTracker CSV format and upload them as Other type wallet.
How can users provide feedback?
You can upvote this forum post to indicate you are experiencing this behavior. The post status will be changed to
