  • Users report the ability to add their crypto.com exchange to CoinTracker but the exchange never syncs
  • Users report their exchange stuck in a perpetual loading state

  • CoinTracker normally supports the Crypto.com exchange via API integration.

  • CoinTracker supports the Crypto.com exchange native CSV, users can follow the CSV import instructions here. If you have more than one file you can import your first file then user or new CSV import feature to add new CSVs to existing wallets, here is a guide.
