Uphold transfers are not correctly synced via API

Users may experience:
- Uphold transfer transactions are not syncing correctly via API.
- CoinTracker shows that the asset is held in Uphold instead of being transferred to a different wallet.
Expected behavior:
- The transactions should show the asset as being transferred out of Uphold correctly.
As a user, what should I do?
- There currently is not a workaround for this bug and it will need a fix from the team. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.
