CoinTracker integrations for BTC, ADA that utilize the Blockchair explorer may not be syncing new wallets and updating synced wallets for some users. User may see this behavior manifested as:
- Failure to add new BTC, ADA wallets
- Missing transactions for existing BTC, ADA wallets
- BTC Cash, BTC SV, DASH, DOGE, LTC wallets may also be affected, if you are seeing this for the these wallets please add a comment below
Our engineering team is aware and investigating the behavior. Once a fix is in place, future syncs will add any missing transactions. We will update this post once a fix is deployed, thank you for your patience!

This is now resolved. For users with missing transactions, no action is needed - upon your next wallet sync your transactions should be added to CoinTracker. If you are still seeing any missing transactions please reach out to CoinTracker support directly and we can take a closer look!
