Portfolio update email value not matching amount displayed on dashboard

Users may experience:
- Portfolio update emails are not matching the amount displayed on the Dashboard
- This is often due to the account having a negative balance CSV wallet
- The dashboard and performance page do not exclude negative balance CSV wallets from calculations, resulting in different numbers shown on the Portfolio Update email and on the Dashboard.
Expected behavior:
- Portfolio update emails should include all wallets, including those with negative balances, in calculations.
- The portfolio value shown on the Dashboard should match the Portfolio Update email.
As a user, what should I do?
- Review your Wallets page and remove/clean up any negative balance wallets. In case you need assistance, reach out to support for assistance.
