Real APR estimate tool in the asset "Performance" view

Many centralized staking services don't show the real yield APR. This could work by measuring each lot of units staked and then extrapolating rewards for the year.
I've also been running small tests with $100 on centralized ETH staking services to compare their real APRs.
For example
- Coinbase is the highest and most limited due to US states limitations
- So far Gemini seems to be the lowest APR and more accurate than the below
- BinanceUS' real APR is lower than estimated
- Kraken's real APR is the least accurate because it is supposed to include both ETH staking + EigenLayer restaking
