Users may experience:
  • Some loan balances on Coinbase are reported accurately, while others are inaccurate or not flagged correctly in CoinTracker.
Expected behavior:
  • All collateral loan transactions should be imported into CoinTracker, with accurate and up-to-date balances.
As a user, what should I do?
The CoinTracker team is actively investigating this issue. In the meantime, we recommend removing and re-adding your Coinbase exchange to ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of our Coinbase integration.
CAUTION
: Please note that removing your exchange will delete any manual edits or transactions for that exchange. Many users have reported corrections in their loan transactions following a full re-sync of their Coinbase account. If the problem persists, please use the following guide to manually enter any missing loan transactions. You can export your exchange CSV as a source of truth to identify missing or inaccurate transactions as imported into CoinTracker.
