When LEND tokens changed denominations and was renamed to AAVE, there was a process where holders sent LEND tokens to the protocol and received the equivalent AAVE back. This is probably not a taxable event as it was a protocol upgrade. However, I can't figure out an easy way to reflect this in my transaction history for the original date which I purchased the LEND tokens. These are currently labeled as STCGs when they should really be LTCGs and reflected in the profit/loss calculations. Any help here would be much appeciated!
