Users may experience:
  • Users report transfers appearing as Send and Receive transactions when there is more than one asset in either the Send (outflow) or Receive (inflow).
Expected behavior:
  • CoinTracker transfer matching currently supports 1:1 matches when detecting a transfer, this means that in order for CoinTracker to match the transfer the outflow or Send side of a transaction needs to match the inflow or Receive side of the transaction. The time stamps of the transactions also must be within a limited time frame but not exact.
  • CoinTracker has some flexibility in the quantity of the assets and time when matching a transfer but if the values do not equate we will not match the transactions.
As a user, what should I do?
  • Users will need to manually edit the transaction by recreated the transactions so that there is a 1:1 transfer in the case below, 2511 UBT and a separate Send transactions for 25 UBT. (Image 1)
