Users Feature Request: Users who create a CoinTracker account with an email/password combo can now change the account email here. However, users who have created their CoinTracker account using a Google, Coinbase, or Apple log in cannot change the account email. This is a feature request to allow them to do so. As a user, what can I do? As a temporary solution for users with Social logins who want to change their email, we recommend users create a new CoinTracker account with the desired email and re-add their wallets and exchanges to the new account. Users Feature Request: A complete crypto transaction history is important for accurately calculating crypto taxes. While CoinTracker allows users to download their transaction history as a CSV , this CSV cannot be imported without edits. The backup option should be seamless and complete. From one user: > Try with a BIN or a JSON backup file with password protection. And that file also contains API Key, Secret Key, Wallet Address for cointracker to be able to recover access to these auto-import exchanges and wallets. Or something that the user can backup manually, store the file somewhere, and can be restored when problems come up. As a user, what can I do? Users Feature Request: Improve pricing tiers to capture various transaction count ranges, current ranges include 100, 250, 1000, 2500, 10000, 250000. See our plan breakdowns for current transaction limits. Add ranges within 2500-10000 and 10000-250000. Add more transaction exclusions for high volume crypto activity such as a gaming and other non-taxable activity. This feature should function similarly to the 'Exclude staking from transaction limit' benefit for plans. Potentially enable pay as you scale payment method in which gain / loss calculations are taken into consideration. As a user, what can I do?
