1099-DA Confirm Fails With “Adjustment not found” Error

What is the issue?
After importing a 1099-DA form and reaching the “Perfect match” screen, clicking
Confirm
fails with an error:“Failed to update adjustment: Adjustment not found"
This prevents users from completing the 1099-DA workflow even when their numbers match.

At this time, there is no reliable in-app workaround. If you hit this error, please contact support and include the error message so we can help complete your filing flow.
