What is the issue?
Users attempting to upload their 1099-DA PDF are receiving an "Import Failed" error. The upload does not complete, preventing users from importing their tax document.
Who is affected?
All users attempting to upload a 1099-DA PDF through the document import tool.
What is the workaround?
There is currently no workaround. Users will need to wait while we work on a fix. You can upvote this post to receive updates from us on this issue.
