Feature Request: Improve Monad EVM Chain Support
What is being requested?
Enhance existing Monad EVM chain support to ensure accurate transaction decoding, DeFi classification, and cost basis calculations.
Why is this needed?
Current Monad support may lead to inconsistencies in cost basis, LP fee realization, and DeFi transaction classification compared to other fully supported EVM chains.
What can users do now?
No workaround available.

I have had to create a lot of custom currencies, do manual cost basis, and add manual/missing transactions that it makes the value of CoinTracker compared to other platforms less attractive.

Currently, Cointracker cannot accurately understand the staking reward and unstaking transactions from the Monad blockchain and report these as "gas-only" in the transaction history. It requires the user to manually enter the tokens received and change the transaction type to Staking Reward or Unstake, depending on the transaction. Since this is not fully supported, I have not tried to directly compound a MON staking reward with a validator, but this support needs to be added as well. Right now I claim the award, manually enter the data into Cointracker, and then stake the MON (a staking transaction is recognized).

Great news! We now support MONAD. 🎉
If you've previously added transactions via CSV/manual transactions, we recommend removing those entries after adding the chain directly to avoid duplicate transactions.

It seems monad shows up as an asset under COINBASE. Sent some monad to my MetaMask wallet. One send transaction was added automatically and I had to add a couple more manually. No option to link to metamask receive. Adding the monad chain to MetaMask wallet as an import option should be a priority and easy to do.
