This issue has been fixed in app version
2.5.1
. Users should no longer see the “Oops! Something went wrong on our end” error after updating.If you’re still running into problems, please make sure you’re on the latest version of the app and try again. If the issue persists after updating, our support team can help take a closer look.

I deleted and redownloaded and it started working last night. It was working until earlier this afternoon and now have the oops! Something went wrong in our end. WTH?!?

- Phone model (e.g., Pixel 10 Pro XL / iPhone 15)
- OS version (Android/iOS version)
- CoinTracker app version
- Whether it’s on Wi-Fi or cellular
- A screenshot of the error (if possible)
That should help us narrow down what’s going on much faster.

Glad that's fixed, now can you fix the widget? It keeps going blank and requires me to open the app for it to work again.

- OS version
- CoinTracker app version
- Whether the widget goes blank on Wi-Fi, cellular, or both
- Roughly how often it happens
That’ll help us figure out whether this is a widget-specific bug or something tied to the app state.
