What is the issue?
Syncs for Arbitrum Nova are currently failing following Etherscan’s deprecation of Arbitrum Nova support on January 31, 2026, preventing balances and related data from loading successfully.
Who is affected?
Users with an Arbitrum Nova wallet added to CoinTracker.
What is the workaround?
Manually adding transactions missed after 1/31/26
Accounts will begin syncing again once we've switched the provider.
