Users may see a wrong ETH balance with their Bitstamp API sync. ETH transactions from Bitstamp are being pulled in accordingly but the reported ETH balance with the API may be lower.

This can cause a discrepancy between your reported and calculated balances.

There is no workaround at this time as it is the reported value that is erroneous. Transactions and tax documents should remain correct despite the incorrect reported value.
