What is the issue?
Cash App transaction CSV files pass the initial import validation step but fail during the actual import process with the error:
"There was an error while trying to import the CSV."
Who is affected?
Users attempting to import their Cash App transaction history using the native Cash App CSV format.
What is the workaround?
As a workaround, users can upload their CSV as a generic CoinTracker CSV. You can do so by following the instructions in our support article:
