What is the issue?
Some users frozen transactions are not showing cost basis.
This is leading to missing cost basis information on exported forms.
What is the workaround?

This is now resolved.
The accounting team confirmed that the issue was visual only and did not impact taxes.
If you’d like the visual issue fixed, please reach out to support. We can assist you with unfreezing your transactions and migrating again.

Thank you for the update. What does the issue is visual only mean? I had frozen txs where the full history was there and it still gave a reading of zero cost basis.
