Enable the option to Freeze Wallet After Universal Migration

What is the issue?
Users who were previously on Universal cost-basis tracking and have migrated to Per Wallet are unable to freeze after the migration.
Who is affected?
Users who have completed migrating from Universal to Per Wallet for the 2024 tax year.
What is the workaround?
There is not currently a workaround available.
