EOS Wallets Failing to Sync

What is the issue?
Some EOS wallets are failing to sync to CoinTracker. Users may experience the failed to sync error message when adding their EOS wallet.
Who is affected?
Users who have EOS wallets and/or already connected and rely on auto-sync for transaction tracking.
What is the workaround?
Waiting for a fix is suggested. Though, users can manually import their EOS wallet transaction history as a generic CSV file.
- Export your transaction history from your wallet.
- Format the data using the CoinTracker CSV template.
- Upload the CSV file to CoinTracker.
