This issue is now partially-resolved. Users should now be able to sync their Exodus wallets after importing their file.
Please note, multiple chains that use ETH as the native currency may not sync with the import. For example, if your exodus file contains an Ethereum wallet address and a Base wallet address, only the Ethereum one will be imported. Users will then need to sync the Base wallet individually.

Thanks for the reports! Exodus recently updated their export format, and CoinTracker now supports the new structure.
If you haven’t already, please try uploading your latest Exodus ZIP file again — the updated format should sync correctly.
If the upload still doesn’t work for you, reach out to us directly so we can take a look at your specific file:
Closing this post now that the new flow is supported, but we’re happy to help if you’re still running into trouble.

I Found a work around, I noticed my old exodus Import files had File "exodus-report-SAFE-2025-10-09_08-48-20" Inside the zip Folder "exodus-report-SAFE-2025-10-09_08-48-20" then V1 and V2 Folders. So I unzipped it and just used the same file name for the Folder it was extracted to. Then I zipped the whole folder and Uploaded it that way. and it worked first shot, So you need exodus-report-SAFE-2025-10-09_08-48-20.zip ->with Your exodus-report-SAFE-2025-10-09_08-48-20 inside it.
