What is being requested?
At this time, the TXF import option on TurboTax CD/Desktop is currently based on an older TXF standard that has not been updated to align with newer data requirements.
As a result, imported values may not appear as expected, and some information may not display correctly within the Desktop application.
CoinTracker provides .txf files for the CD/Desktop version as a courtesy. However, compatibility may vary, and we are unable to offer support for this file.
What can users do now?
As an alternative, users can file using TurboTax Online to import their CoinTracker data. For more information, please check out
