What is the issue?
When editing the
fee amount
in a transaction and selecting a fiat currency (e.g., Swiss Franc CHF), the interface defaults back to the cryptocurrency with the same symbol (CHF).Who is affected?
Users who attempt to set
transaction fees
in fiat currencies that share the same symbol with cryptocurrencies.What is the workaround?
There is not currently a direct workaround for this issue.

This does not only affect fiat currencies and fee currency selections. This also affects transactional currencies, at least for bridged assets on the HyperEVM. BTC on Hypercore and HyperEVM are both named UBTC and when you try to select the HyperEVM currency, it defaults to the HyperCore currency.
