Filter to un-ignored transactions only

Users Feature Request:
- Implement a filter in CoinTracker to view un-ignored transactions only. This feature would help users focus on active transactions by excluding those they previously chose to ignore, thus streamlining the management and review of their financial activities.

I can currently filter my transactions to show ignored rows, but I would like the ability to filter them to show only non-ignored rows. This would help me manage my transactions more effectively by focusing on the relevant data.
