What is the issue?
Some users who purchase a CoinTracker plan through the Kraken Tax Flow successfully complete payment, but their CoinTracker account continues to show the Free plan.
This typically occurs when the subscription is associated with a second CoinTracker account that was unintentionally created during the Kraken tax flow process.

I made the mistake of clicking the free plan then sending Pubs to new acct. unknowingly.
