What is the issue?
Some users who purchase a CoinTracker plan through the Coinbase Tax Flow successfully complete payment, but their CoinTracker account continues to show the Free plan.
This typically occurs when the subscription is associated with a second CoinTracker account that was unintentionally created during the Coinbase authentication process. In most cases, the user either:
  • Did not successfully link their existing CoinTracker account, or
  • Did not complete all required steps to attach a new CoinTracker account to Coinbase
As a result, the paid subscription is applied to an account that is not the one they are actively using.

Some users who purchase a CoinTracker plan through the Coinbase Tax Flow in order to auto-sync missing cost basis information.
What is the workaround?
