Some users are unable to complete the guided tax flow, when filing through H&R Block. Within the last step, downloading 8949 Form does not enable the option
Send to H&R Block
As a user, what should I do?

Send to HR Block Button Grayed out

After clicking download for the 8949 form it still shows download and the Send to HR Block button stayed grayed out. I have disabled pop up blocker and no change. Mind you I have definitely downloaded the 8949 and its been sent to my email. I have tried using Edge and Chrome.

I have been stuck in this for two days. I've made sure popups are enabled, tried on safari, edge, and chrome, on windows and OSX. I've downloaded the 8949 many times, and recieved the email saying it's ready, but the send to H&R block button will remain disabled. If I hover over it, it says to please download the 8949 first.
