Users attempting to complete the guided tax flow may be redirected to an “Oops! This is unexpected," preventing them from continuing through the flow. This has been observed at multiple stages, including after reviewing transactions or when attempting to import/upload 1099-DA forms.
Who is affected?
Users trying to generate tax forms through the guided tax flow. This behavior has been reported by accounts with high transaction counts and at various stages in the guided tax flow.
What is the workaround?
Users should be able to "Skip for now" or hit "Continue" to bypass pages in the flow that generate the error, and proceed to get their tax forms. You can also go directly to your Tax page to download tax forms once you have uploaded 1099-DA and reached the end of the guided tax flow. Tax page: https://www.cointracker.io/tax/2025

User attempting to complete the guided tax flow is re-directed to the "Oops! This is unexpected" error at various stages in the flow. (Including after reviewing transactions or after uploading 1099-DA). This is also producing a 504 error on the back-end.

As a user, what should I do?
- Users should be able to "Skip for now" or hit "Continue" to by-pass pages in the flow that generate the error, and proceed to get their tax forms.
