What is the issue?
Users encounter Error Code 1014 when attempting to import their CoinTracker account after signing in and selecting the import option.
Who is affected?
Users attempting to import CoinTracker accounts into the H&R Block desktop application.
What is the workaround?
Please ensure you are completing the full process of importing your data onto H&R Block Desktop. Users should see the
Send to H&R Block

I had this problem with H&R Block Desktop running on MAC. As of 3.24.26 the problem is solved. Selecting Cointracker download now opens up login window (as before) but gives an option for logging in with pre-existing account. This solved the problem for me.
