Incorrect ETH and USDC Balance/Value from Bitstamp Sync
in progress/beta

What is the issue?
Users participating in Bitstamp lending may see an incorrect ETH or USDC balance with their Bitstamp API sync. ETH and USDC transactions from Bitstamp are being pulled in correctly, but the reported balance may be lower due to lending sub-account activity not being fully reflected.
This can cause a discrepancy between your reported and calculated balances.
What is the workaround?
There is no workaround at this time as it is the reported value that is erroneous. Transactions and tax documents should remain correct despite the incorrect reported value.

We’ve deployed a fix for an issue where the Bitstamp API was returning incorrect balance values during sync, which caused ETH balance discrepancies for some users. Many affected accounts should now see this resolved.
For users participating in Bitstamp lending activity, some discrepancies may still remain because lending transactions are not currently returned by the Bitstamp API. We’re continuing work to better support this activity and will share updates as progress is made.
