Now the brilliant cointracker developers "fixed" the sync all, but all my transactions from Jan 30 - Feb 1 are not showing. Why do I even pay for this service it is always breaking!!!!!!!

Monad wallets are not updating at all after 27th of Jan, and the BASE Wallet imports from Base Chain are not importing complete transaction history. Its a complete mess now. half the imports from the last 2 weeks are completely missing some transactions show, others dont. What a mess ..

Zucchini green Falcon I will say that their Monad support is half-baked. Staking rewards and unstaking simply doesn't work at all, never has. It just shows up as "gas-only" and you have to manually enter it.

New transactions from Coinbase and my hardware wallets stopped showing up for me after 1/29. Reloading one of my hardware wallets that didn't have frozen transactions (i.e. a relatively new wallet) worked and the missing transaction showed up. I don't want to un-freeze transactions for prior years and can't re-load Coinbase exchange or older wallets without unfreezing. Hoping this can be resolved quickly so I don't have to do a bunch of manual transactions.

I’m experiencing the same issue. Initially, I thought this was related to my Prime subscription which I prematurely renewed -, but it wasn’t. My subscription was still active for another month, and my last transactions were in 2025, so that wasn’t the cause either. I read that re-importing the wallet could help, but discovered that frozen transactions or frozen tax years prevent re-importing. After getting that unfrozen, the only way I’ve been able to see new 2026 transactions is by repeatedly re-importing the wallet. At this point, every time I make a transaction, I have to manually re-import just to see the data, as syncing is not working.

I’m have the same issue. Also started after 1/30. Contacted support and they said “ there is a known issue affecting some wallets where recent transactions are not automatically imported upon syncing. Our team is actively investigating this and working on a fix.”
