Missing transactions after 1/29/2026.
I have not seen new transactions in my account for the last two days.

Our team has identified the root cause and deployed a fix. We’re currently re-syncing impacted accounts, so no further action is needed on your end.
If you’d like to see missing transactions sooner, you can manually re-import the affected wallets. Re-importing
will not impact any manual edits
you’ve already made.More details on how manual edits are preserved during a re-import can be found here:

Yes please fix it. If we fix it by using CSV or manually add the missing transactions. We will have to delete these transactions later if Cointracker rolls out the fix. It's almost tax month now. Please fix it ASAP. Thank you.

This issue has been resolved and impacted accounts have been re-synced.
If you are still noticing missing transactions, please try re-importing the affected wallet(s). Re-importing will not override any manual edits you’ve made.
If transactions are still missing after a re-import, please reach out to the CoinTracker support team directly so we can review your account in more detail.

Sarah T. - CoinTracker Cointracker removed Re-Import for Kucoin. Also API renew did not work.

The fix rolled out, but it's only work from Feb 2nd 2026 onward. Semehow the transactions on Kucoin from Jan 29th to Feb 1st 2026 were not synced and ofcourse missing from cointracker, also caused differences errors. Can you let me know when will this be fixed?

There is no re-import option on in the ... menu.

As a data point, checking my account today and there is 1 new transaction tx after Jan 29, 2026. However txs are missing in that time frame from Coinbase and smart contract accounts.
Re-import is not an option in the current state because txs are frozen. I can look into the implications of unfreezing if necessary.
