I have added both a BTC (xpub) and ETH (ETH address) wallets and on both of them I am missing the most recent few transactions. I don’t do much with these wallets, just deposit to them occasionally, and I have tried syncing and re-importing. My ETH address last shows activity from August, but I have received ETH about 3 times since then. My BTC address is more recent with a transaction from January, but it also is missing about 3 deposit transactions.
