I am not seeing my staked balances after a sync. Do I need to delete the Binance US account and reinstall the API?

Hello CoinTracker Team,
The balances issue related to staking/unstaking appears to have resurfaced. This time, I am seeing staking and unstaking transactions from my Binance.US account being duplicated multiple times.
In some cases, a single staking transaction is appearing up to 5 times, which is causing incorrect balances and significant discrepancies, especially for tax reporting purposes. I have also noticed that each time I re-sync or re-import the wallet in an attempt to fix the issue, the staking transactions seem to be added on top of the existing ones rather than replacing them. This may be contributing to the duplication problem.
Additionally, I am currently unable to freeze transactions for previous tax years. When attempting to do so, I receive the following error message:
“We're experiencing some issues and transactions can't be frozen right now. Please try again later.”
Could you please investigate both of these issues and advise on next steps?

It looks like the issue has now been fixed, thank you to the CoinTracker team! Just to clarify, I’m not part of the CoinTracker team, just another user who ran into the same issue and wanted to share what worked for me in case it helps others.
For anyone still experiencing this problem, here’s what worked for me:
- I first unfroze my 2024 transactions in CoinTracker (under the Taxes section), since that’s when the issue seemed to have started.
- Then I re-synced my Binance US wallet by clicking “Sync Binance US.”
- After the sync completed, my balances appeared to match.
- Once everything looked correct, I froze my 2024 transactions again.
Additional context (for anyone curious about the root cause):
Around September 2024, CoinTracker appears to have adjusted how "Staking Rewards" are tracked. Prior to that change, transaction history only showed the incoming staking rewards, which matched how Binance US reported them.
After the update, incoming staking rewards also appeared as “Staked” again (as if the funds left the wallet). This likely caused the basis mismatch some users were seeing. It seems that CoinTracker resolved the issue by retroactively adding the “Stake” classification to the affected 2024 transactions so the records align correctly.
Hopefully this helps anyone still trying to reconcile their balances.

Any update on this? Still an issue for me.

I am experiencing the same issue. It would be nice to have a solution, especially prior to the upcoming tax filing season.
