What is the issue?
When selecting the
Sync to TurboTax
option on CoinTracker, some users are running into an error message stating: "Something went wrong. We couldn't send your data to TurboTax. Please try again."
What can users do now?
As an alternative, users can connect their CoinTracker account directly within TurboTax Online to import their CoinTracker data. For more information, please check out
