Taxable Income section shows inconsistent values compared to rest of the Tax Page

What is the issue?
The Taxable Income section on the Tax page displays values that do not match the Total Income shown at the top of the page. In some cases the breakdown states “You have no taxable income” while the header shows a non-zero total income.
Who is affected?
Multiple users viewing the Tax page.
What is the workaround?
No workaround available.
