Trade transactions not imported on XRP blockchain

Users may experience:
- Balance differences flagged on their XRP wallet page balances
- Missing transactions within their XRP wallet, non-native tokens not imported (i.e. CORE, SOLO, etc.)
- Reported balance is displayed accurately but calculated balance is incorrect due to missing transaction history resulting in incorrect calculations
- On the XRP block explorer missing transactions will appear as OFFER transactions (Image 1)

Expected behavior:
- CoinTracker should be importing full transaction history, this includes Trade transactions for XRP wallet.
- Proper trade transaction import will prevent balance difference discrepancies.
As a user, what should I do?
- Users will need to add missing transactions manually.
- Upvote this feature request! We want to improve our XRP integration, add an upvote to be notified should we pursue an improved XRP blockchain support!

Update: This issue has been resolved as part of our XRP Ledger integration rebuild 🚀
Thank you for your patience while we worked through this. Trade transactions on the XRP Ledger (including those previously shown as OFFER transactions on the explorer) are now supported and will import correctly going forward.
What’s changed
- This update applies to all accounts.
- We rebuilt the XRP integration using a new provider.
- New trade transactions will now sync as expected.
Do I need to take action?
No action is required if your current balances and calculations look correct.
However, because we now ingest transaction types and assets that were previously unsupported, some users may notice discrepancies in older transaction history.
How to fix historical data (optional)
If you’d like to update past transactions and resolve balance differences, you can use the Re-import Wallet feature. This will refresh your XRP transaction history from your last sync date.
