Unable to select correct Coinbase Wallet when API and CSV are added

What is the issue?
Users who have both a Coinbase API integration and a separate Coinbase CSV wallet are unable to select the Coinbase CSV wallet when adding or editing manual transactions. When attempting to select the Coinbase CSV wallet, the system automatically defaults to the Coinbase API wallet instead.
Who is affected?
Users who have an active Coinbase API integration connected, and also a separate Coinbase CSV wallet.
What is the workaround?
There is currently no workaround at this time.
