I am receiving an insufficient balance error, in multiple wallets and on many transactions when the wallets still show a positive remaining balance after the transaction.

April 18th, 2023 Update:
New Features
- Remaining balance feature, as mentioned in our previous update we re-released our remaining balance feature., this feature is available to US, non-margin users at the moment.
- New edit transaction page, we revamped our edit transaction page to to improve the user experience and streamline the ability to edit and manually change both simple and complex transactions. Some key improvements include: Multi-token support, add additional outgoing, incoming, and fee assets to your transaction, and edit or ignore specific entries within a transaction.
- Full sync button to apply integration updates, this forum post was created due to erroneous insufficient balance errors caused my mishandling of fees. We have deployed fixes to correctly handle fees for (exchanges) Coinbase Pro, Gemini, Kraken, Binance, Binance US, Uphold and (blockchain) BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, MATIC, XLM, BNB, AVAX, ADA. Users with 0 manual transactions should see the correct fee handling. In an effort to avoid disrupting users we did not apply these updates to wallets or exchanges with manual edits. If users would like to prompt the update - users can now follow theStart syncprompt on any outdated wallets while still respecting their manual edits. Image attached below on what that looks like.
Lastly, here are two new support articles to help navigate these features:
- My transaction has an "Insufficient balance in wallet" error. What do I do?
- Improved transaction editing, how do I use the updated edit transaction page?
If users observe any new behavior, please send us a support request directly or submit a new post in our Transaction Errors board. We will be updating this forum post to specify the errors stemmed from erroneous fee handling. Thank you all for your patience!

SOL Balance on Trust Wallet Wrong (Should be 0)
C

Only since recent changes, an old Trust Wallet account that should now be 0 SOL is showing the last balance of ~633 SOL before it was fully transferred out back in Nov '22. All transactions look correct and re-synced numerous times. I tested this by adding a transaction to send 0.1 SOL from this wallet, and it correctly states insufficient balance.

My ATOM was moved from Coinbase to Coinbase Pro in 11/2021. I have a clear transfer showing in transactions for 76.167 ATOM being moved. My next ATOM transaction is moving my ATOM from Coinbase Pro to my Kepler wallet and its flagging for "insufficient funds"

I did have sufficient balance. I completed the transaction in 2022. But your system is showing as if there was no balance and it not taking into account this transaction for TAX calculation

Insufficient Balance in Wallet

It says that I have an insufficient balance in my wallet to have made this transaction. I double and triple checked the amount of XRP I received in KuCoin from Uphold and then double and triple checked the amount of XRP I spent to buy USDC and there was enough XRP in my KuCoin account to make this transaction. Thank you for your help!

It shows a completed transfer of funds to another wallet, but says there was an insufficient funds balance error. So I shouldn't have been able to make the transaction.

I checked all transactions on the exchanges against the transactions in cointracker. There are no missing transactions. I have this error on multiple exchanges, so it is likely a bug. Please fix so I can file my taxes.
