As a user, I would expect all of my transactions to appear on the Transaction history CSV export. Currently, the dates are exported out of order which results in the perception that transactions are missed.
We have escalated the necessary details regarding this report to our engineering team. You will receive an update on this post once a fix is deployed.
Users can sort and/or filter their transaction history csv to confirm that they do not have missed transactions. If the transactions are actually missing from the CSV you may be impacted by another bug such as this.
