Checkout through Coinbase Tax Flow Can Leave Paying Users on Free Plan

What is the issue?
Some users who purchase a CoinTracker plan through the Coinbase Tax Flow successfully pay, but their CoinTracker account remains on the Free plan. This happens because the payment is recorded under a different Stripe customer than the one linked to their CoinTracker account.
Who is affected?
Users purchasing a plan via the Coinbase Tax Flow looking to add missing cost basis info through CoinTracker
What is the workaround?
None, please contact support for remediation.

I have same problem I paid 159 for premium subscription but once I logged in into Coin Tracker it says that I am on free plan
