Paid plan not showing up on CoinTracker after purchasing on Coinbase

What is the issue?
Some users who purchase a CoinTracker plan through the Coinbase Tax Flow successfully pay, but their CoinTracker account remains on the Free plan. This happens because the payment is recorded under a different Stripe customer than the one linked to their CoinTracker account.
Who is affected?
Users purchasing a plan via the Coinbase Tax Flow looking to add missing cost basis info through CoinTracker
What is the workaround?
We are working to resolve this issue at this time you can contact support for next steps.

They've had nine days to fix this problem since they were first aware with it based on the letter date of the 9th of February today's the 18th how can I have not fixed such a simple problem when they claim to be servicing 3 million customers

I have the same issue, paid for the plan through coinbase but it is not getting reflected in the account. Got stuck with my taxes due to this issue.
