Users may experience: The mobile app is displaying a different Portfolio value compared to the web. The mobile app is showing a calculated balance of, while the web shows the reported balance. Expected behavior: The Portfolio value should be the same on both the mobile app and the web. As a user, what should I do? Users may experience: Users report their portfolio value used for their total return calculations does not match the portfolio value on their dashboard The portfolio value used in the total return calculation uses the calculated portfolio balance, see more here. The portfolio value used on the dashboard is the sum of negative reported values. Expected behavior: Portfolio value on the total return breakdown should be labeled as calculated value (Image 1) The calculated portfolio value is the sum of all wallet values including negative values The portfolio value on your Dashboard should match the calculated portfolio value used for the total return calculation once all balance differences have been resolved. As a user, what should I do? Reconcile your account! Addressing Needs Review transactions, balance differences flagged for your wallets and exchanges should address these discrepancies! Hang tight! Users may experience: Users may not see their portfolios in the CoinTracker app (version 1.36.1). Users may be prompted to add wallets to their accounts, even though wallets are already added and visible on the Desktop website. Expected behavior: Users should see their portfolios in the CoinTracker app without being prompted to add wallets that are already added. As a user, what should I do? Users may experience: Users report values in the Overview and Portfolio section being mixed up up with assets with the same symbol on other chains. As an example, a user may hold ANDY on ETH , but if they go to the ANDY price page for the Solana (SPL) version - we will display balance values for the ANDY on ETH so it appears as if they hold the SPL version as well. ETH: SOL: Expected behavior: Asset price and portfolio values should map to the correct asset. Assets should be distinguished by contract addresses. As a user, what should I do? This behavior does not affect your imported transactions or tax calculations, it is a display issue on the crypto prices page. How can users provide feedback? Users may experience: Users that experience coin-mapping issues such as this report may still see balance difference errors persist after updating the mis-mapped token erroneous balance difference due to CoinTracker logic Expected behavior: When a user edits a mis-mapped token it should be expected that the update is reflected in the users calculated values to ensure there is not balance difference. As a user, what should I do? Users should continue to address mis-mapped tokens by editing the token to the correct asset, here is a guide on how to do so. Report the mis-mapping! First search our bug board for existing mapping reports and add an upvote or create a new report here. Hang tight! If there is an existing report for the mapping issue, once the mapping bug is resolved this should automatically resolved the erroneous balance difference. Some users report receiving daily portfolio emails inconsistently, some updates may come every other day or after extended periods of time.
